All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited-release nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item (if available).

Sizing

Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. We do not offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has shipped, THA FACTORY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping takes approximately 5–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
